A podcast is an audio or video file you can record onto your MP3 player or computer.

You wear earphones to listen to music on your MP3 player.

To download is to record something from the Internet onto your MP3 player or computer.

A library is a place full of books and documents you can look at.

Healthy diet Continue

Japanese food
     Japanese has the highest life expectancy in the world. Men live to an average age of 78, while many woman live to 85.
    They eat a lot of sushi, soba, miso and onigiri. There are healthy food. Japanese foods are Japanese diet because in the food have both protein, low calories that reduce the risk of cancer.



    The Japanese also drink a lot of green tea, which doctors think may prevent cancer and reduce blood pressure.
