Japanese food
Japanese has the highest life expectancy in the world. Men live to an average age of 78, while many woman live to 85.
They eat a lot of sushi, soba, miso and onigiri. There are healthy food. Japanese foods are Japanese diet because in the food have both protein, low calories that reduce the risk of cancer.
The Japanese also drink a lot of green tea, which doctors think may prevent cancer and reduce blood pressure.
2 Weeks ago, I started new semester. My teacher introduction about this subject. This is new lesson of sophomore. I think, writing it's easy foe me because I ever write my diary and I like to make sentence. But I think, identification maybe difficult for me because I afraid identity wrong, but I will learn it. I have solve the problem are bet determined to learn , read a book and improve about it every time.
Healthy Diet is an important for everybody. Benefit's healthy food can help body is strong but unhealthy food is bad to body. For students many healthy food are better for them because body and brain need to development and remember anything so many food for them have to healthy and have benefit so much. For junk food, chocolate, candy can eat it but have to eat a little bit if always eat it maybe be fat.
